When a dress needs another look

For a return or an issue with an order from www.wivasa.com, send the order number, item and reason to [email protected]. Explain whether you are reporting a defect, an incorrect delivery or a preference about fit.

• For a fit-related request, keep the dress in its received condition while the available options are checked. Avoid washing, alteration, fragrance and extended wear.

• For damage or a mismatch, describe what you received. Photographs can help explain the problem; send whatever relevant evidence is reasonably available.

• Before posting anything, obtain the correct destination and instructions. Ask for clarification of eligibility and any proposed return cost; a parcel's sender address may not be the return location.
